My name is Emily Maiato and I am from a small beach town in Rhode Island. I am a first year at UNE studying nursing! I love playing sports, hanging out with friends, and watching sunsets at the beach. I come from a very close family so I love spending time with them and all the family traditions we have. I am definitely a New England girl, I love it here! The coastal beaches and mountains gives me something to do every season and I could never imagine leaving. I hope to start my career as a registered nurse but quickly go back to school for either nurse practitioner or nurse anesthetist and work in an orthopedic setting.
